Redistribution Driver - Watford (Night Shift)

Beryl is an exciting new bike share scheme launched in Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole; Watford; Norwich and Hereford; with lots more exciting growth plans on the way. We are looking for a night time Redistribution Driver to join our Watford Team; responsible for redistributing bikes across our Watford & London schemes during the night.  

You will be responsible for:

• Redistributing bicycles within Watford
• Carrying out battery swaps on eBikes
• Responding to and resolving urgent issues on-street within the Watford scheme
• Tidy up out of bay bikes back into the scheme
• Collection of damaged bikes that have been reported by the Control Room
• Accurately recording and documenting all interactions through Bike Share System
• Identifying and reporting technical issues in Bike Share System
• Reporting problems and suggestions to the Control Room Team
  

Who are we looking for?

We need someone who:

• Is happy to work autonomously, with a strong work ethic 
• Has experience with computer-based systems
• Has a valid, full and clean driving licence and is over 25 (due to vehicle insurance reasons)
• Has a hands-on mentality
• Has experience in working at night
• Is able to work weekends
• Has an interest in biking/cycling (preferred but not essential)

Please note; this full time role is covering the overnight shifts 5 nights per week on a rotating basis.
