Redistribution Driver - Watford (Night Shift)
Beryl is an exciting new bike share scheme launched in Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole; Watford; Norwich and Hereford; with lots more exciting growth plans on the way. We are looking for a night time Redistribution Driver to join our Watford Team; responsible for redistributing bikes across our Watford & London schemes during the night.
You will be responsible for:
- Redistributing bicycles within Watford
- Carrying out battery swaps on eBikes
- Responding to and resolving urgent issues on-street within the Watford scheme
- Tidy up out of bay bikes back into the scheme
- Collection of damaged bikes that have been reported by the Control Room
- Accurately recording and documenting all interactions through Bike Share System
- Identifying and reporting technical issues in Bike Share System
- Reporting problems and suggestions to the Control Room Team
Who are we looking for?
We need someone who:
- Is happy to work autonomously, with a strong work ethic
- Has experience with computer-based systems
- Has a valid, full and clean driving licence and is over 25 (due to vehicle insurance reasons)
- Has a hands-on mentality
- Has experience in working at night
- Is able to work weekends
- Has an interest in biking/cycling (preferred but not essential)

Please note; this full time role is covering the overnight shifts 5 nights per week on a rotating basis.
