Job Description

Our new on-street coordinators will be responsible for keeping our e-scooters moving. You will need to be conscientious, flexible and have a can do attitude. Most importantly, you will be making yourself invaluable to the scheme and the community. You will have a wonderful opportunity to work within one of the country’s most exciting cycle/e-scooter scheme providers, and take an integral role in our operations as one of our key team members. You will be overseeing the battery charging teams, making sure the supply chain is at the right place at the right times and helping to keep the scooters battery swapped and available for the public. 


 Responsibilities

Ad hoc, and scheduled tasks, including but not limited to;

  • Being a face of Beryl on-street, engaging with our amazing customers
  • Helping to swap batteries on street for our e-scooter fleet
  • Basic battery swap training 
  • Communication with the battery swap team members throughout the shift
  • Driving batteries in our electric vans to the battery swap teams
  • Making sure batteries are on charge at the right times for the correct shift patterns
  • Helping with ad-hoc tasks as per business need


We'd like someone with...

  • Good communication skills
  • A clean driving licence
  • Good organisational skills
  • Happy to work in a shift pattern that incorporates weekends
