Product Manager

We're looking for a product manager to own the rider experience and help us build the urban micro-mobility platform that is making our cities greener, healthier and more enjoyable places to live.

The Role

We are growing our product management team to help us define and build the future of our micro-mobility platform that is enabling people across the UK to get around where they live in an easy, affordable and sustainable way. This is an opportunity with a great deal of autonomy to define a product strategy and work with a world-class team of engineers and designs as we look to accelerate grow in ridership across our existing schemes.

The role is fully remote (UK-based), based in our London HQ in East London, or anywhere in between. Most people are working from home at the moment, and we'll be doing this for the foreseeable future.


  • Understanding our business strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and crafting a product strategy that changes the trajectory of the business.
  • Manage the roadmap for our rider experience, working closely with internal stakeholders to prioritise opportunities that are most closely aligned with our business goals.
  • Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to launch new features; and communicate your product strategy and vision across the wider business.
  • Work directly with our riders and internal operations teams to understand their needs and how they align with your roadmap.
  • Working with a team of designers and engineers to deliver against product initiatives; scoping each initiative to ensure it meets our outcomes but can be shipped to the customer as early as possible.
  • Own and maintain the quality of the rider experience through your product areas. Continuously measure progress against set goals and solicit feedback to ensure maximum impact and learning

Skills & Experience

  • Multiple years experience in a Product Manager role or as a Founder.
  • You have experience defining and driving product and go-to-market strategies.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems.
  • You’re a creative product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, analytics, marketing, design and operations.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies across products and teams.
  • You do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful whether that means writing a QA plan or hunting down the root cause of a user’s frustration.
