The role:

The User Growth Lead is concerned with the user funnel and effectively moving high value/quality users along it. They will be deeply connected to the user funnel and key metrics indicating success along the way. 

They will be concerned with driving positive user behaviour with a focus towards increasing the user LTV, reducing churn and growing revenue. 

They will work within our growth team and closely with our product and tech teams to champion the analytical and data-led work that drives success across core business metrics. 

 

  • Customer/Cohort Analysis
  • Using data to drive insights and assumptions to guide user growth activity
  • Executing on insights and experimenting on assumptions that have the potential to impact user growth metrics
  • Identifying, tracking and sharing core user metrics, including but not limited to:
    • Awareness, Acquisition, Activation
    • Engagement
    • Purchasing/rider behaviour & User LTV
    • Retention / Churn
    • Revenue
  • Ownership of core user metrics
  • Customer Lifecycle mapping and management
  • Working with the wider growth team to drive projects that improve customer lifecycle metrics
  • Using data and insights to support creative projects and campaigns that drive awareness, education, purchase, engagement and advocacy.


    Skills and experience:

    While the ideal candidate should fulfil most of the list below, we know that ideal candidates rarely exist, so will consider all applications from people keen on learning to fill in any gaps.

    • Email marketing campaigns
    • Customer Lifecycle management experience
    • Strong data analysis skills
    • Experience with using and running queries on Looker
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Previous experience in a start-up, preferably mobility/transport or green-tech industry
    • Previous experience working within a multi function growth team
    • Proactive and highly skilled at executing multiple complex projects with strong project and timeline management.
    • Highly collaborative & skilled in gaining insights across multiple fast moving departments & projects. 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience in prior roles.
